The first conversation is a working assessment, not a generic sales pitch. We use it to understand the environment, identify the top 3 support or security gaps, and outline practical next steps. The more context you share in the form, the more specific that call can be.
Do you serve businesses outside Toronto?
Yes. Fusion supports clients across the GTA, has a Metro Vancouver team, and works remotely with businesses across Canada. If onsite support matters, mention your location in the form and we will tell you what local coverage looks like.
What size companies do you work with?

Is there a contract commitment?
No. The first assessment is a working conversation to see whether there is a fit. If it makes sense to move forward, we outline scope and options after the call. If not, you still leave with clearer next steps.
